Can we be honest and admit... we all have habits we would like to change, unfortunatley many of us struggle with change. If you have never attended a coaching session with For Love Of Wisdom, you may need to learn and understand your personality through the Flight Assessment. This is a a powerful tool in identifying why certain habits are sticking and how you can effectively break them.

If you are an Extroverts:
1. Public Commitments: Use your comfort with public settings to your advantage by sharing your goals with friends, family, or even on social media. The added pressure of public accountability can be a strong motivator to stick to your new habits.
2. Replace Bad Habits with Social Activities: If your bad habit involves solo activities like binge-watching shows, replace them with more social hobbies like team sports or clubs that can offer engagement and distraction.
If you are an Introverts:
1. Small, Manageable Changes: Overwhelming changes can be off-putting for introverts. Break your goal into small, achievable steps that don't require drastic immediate changes but gradually lead you to your larger objective.
2. Use Technology Wisely: Leverage apps and tools designed to track and support habit changes in a private manner. These can provide the structure and reminders you need without external pressure.
